Welcome to BITHIAH. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of BITHIAH.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to logos, designs, photography, and text, is the exclusive property of BITHIAH. Reproduction or unauthorized use of our “New Bithiah” collections or signature designs is strictly prohibited.

Product Authenticity & Variations

• Made-to-Order: As many of our pieces are made-to-order or use artisanal materials (such as Adire), slight variations in color and pattern may occur. This is a testament to the unique, handcrafted nature of our brand.

• Sizing: Please refer to our size guide before ordering. BITHIAH is not responsible for incorrect sizes selected by the customer.

Orders and Payments

• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: We accept secure payments via [Paystack/Flutterwave]. Orders are only processed once payment is confirmed.

• Pre-Orders: Items marked as “Pre-order” require full payment at the time of purchase and will be shipped according to the timeline stated on the product page.

Shipping and Delivery

• Lagos & Domestic: Delivery within Lagos and Nigeria follows our standard shipping rates.

• International: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred in their destination country.

• Timelines: Ready-to-wear items ship within [X] days. Made-to-order pieces require [X] weeks for production before dispatch.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of made-to-order and event-specific garments:

• We do not offer cash refunds.

• Exchanges are only permitted for manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Appointments & Walk-ins

Visiting our Lagos studio is by appointment or designated walk-in hours only. BITHIAH reserves the right to reschedule appointments based on studio availability.

Limitation of Liability

BITHIAH shall not be liable for any delays caused by courier services or unexpected fabric sourcing shortages.
